The hearing aid is suitable for mild to severe-to-profound hearing loss and features the SoundMap 2 Plus AI-powered sound processing system for clear, natural amplification in diverse listening environments.

At its core, the SoundMap 2 Plus platform provides AI-based noise reduction, multi-channel amplification, automatic and adaptive directional microphones, feedback cancellation, and an environmental classification system. The SoundProtect feature rapidly detects and reduces wind, handling noise, and transient sounds, while the SoundMap Feedback Canceller virtually eliminates whistling. Binaural coordination ensures that any program or volume changes made to one hearing aid are automatically replicated in the paired device.
