Hakutsuru Sayuri Junmai Nigori Sake is a coarsely filtered sake with a creamy texture and naturally sweet flavor profile. The name Sayuri means "little lily" in Japanese, reflecting its soft and floral character. This nigori features hints of white grape, cherry blossom, and cream notes with a lush, smooth finish. Made from Japanese domestic rice polished to 70% with rice koji, it has a gentle 12.5% alcohol content.

The sake offers a refreshing aroma with natural sweetness and a deliciously smooth aftertaste. Tasting notes include cherry, cream, and strawberry elements with a creamy mouthfeel.
