Husch Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc from Mendocino is a classic California white wine produced by one of Anderson Valley's pioneering family-owned wineries. Husch's Sauvignon Blanc program traces its roots to 1980, when the first harvest from La Ribera Vineyards yielded an instant hit with only 200 cases — a tradition that has grown steadily ever since.

The wine is cold fermented in stainless steel and aged approximately five months in tank, preserving the grape's natural aromatics and bright acidity. Expect aromas of citrus, papaya, cantaloupe, melon, and herbaceous notes, with flavors of lime skin, white grapefruit, and lemongrass on the palate. It is crisp, refreshing, and food-friendly, pairing well with seafood, salads, goat cheese, and light poultry dishes.
