Viñas Viejas de Paniza Garnacha is a 100% Garnacha red wine from the Cariñena appellation in Aragon, Spain, produced by Bodegas Paniza. The grapes are sourced from old vines up to 100 years old, grown in stony soils at approximately 700 meters elevation, contributing to the wine's depth and complexity. After fermentation in stainless steel, the wine is aged in oak barrels for around 6 months.

On the nose, this wine opens with aromas of ripe blackberry, dark cherry, and red berries alongside subtle notes of vanilla, chocolate, mocha, and herbal accents. On the palate it delivers a rich, smooth texture with flavors of blackberry, plum, cola, licorice, and a touch of black pepper, supported by firm fine-grained tannins and vibrant acidity. The finish is dry and lingering with pleasant mineral notes.
