Cesari Amarone della Valpolicella is a prestigious Italian red wine from the Veneto region, produced under the Amarone DOCG appellation in the historic Classico area. Made by the renowned Gerardo Cesari winery, this wine exemplifies the traditional Amarone style crafted from partially dried grapes to achieve exceptional concentration and depth.

The blend consists of 75% Corvina, 20% Rondinella, and 5% Molinara grapes. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for approximately three years in a combination of French and Slavonian oak barrels, resulting in a full-bodied, complex red with remarkable structure.
