Urlar Sauvignon Blanc is a biodynamically farmed white wine from the Gladstone sub-region of Wairarapa, New Zealand. The name "Urlar" means "of the earth," reflecting the winery's commitment to organic and biodynamic farming practices that prioritize soil health and plant biodiversity.

The majority of this wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve pure varietal fruit expression, while 25% is fermented in aged oak barriques and a portion undergoes skin contact for added aromatic spice and texture. The result is a multi-dimensional Sauvignon Blanc with fresh gooseberry, floral, and citrus notes on the nose. The palate offers honeysuckle, white flesh nectarine, granny smith apple, and subtle grassiness, with bright acidity and a long, mouth-watering finish.
