This signature Mediterranean medley was first developed by Tassos and has become a beloved staple for olive enthusiasts seeking authentic, high-quality Greek olives.

The blend consists of 40% Halkidiki Green Olives from a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) region in Greece, prized for their naturally crunchy texture and superior quality. Another 40% are genuine Kalamata Olives, recognized worldwide for their distinctive dark purple-black color and rich, complex flavor, also a PDO-certified variety from Kalamata, Greece. The remaining 20% are hand-picked Black Olives from the Amphissa region of Greece, also a PDO-certified area, known for their meaty texture and sublimely rich taste.

All olives are immersed in an American Heart Association-certified brine made with Tassos Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Red Wine Vinegar. The product is non-GMO, low in carbohydrates, and low in sodium.
