Yarden Merlot is a dry kosher red wine produced by Yarden Winery from grapes grown in the Golan Heights of the Galilee region in northern Israel. The wine is crafted primarily from Merlot grapes with a small percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon, benefiting from the area's cool climate, rocky volcanic soil, and high altitude — conditions ideal for growing classic wine varietals.

Following harvest, the wine is aged for fourteen months in French oak barrels, which imparts layers of rich oak and vanilla that complement the wine's natural orange zest and dark berry character. The result is a well-balanced, full-bodied red wine with smooth structure and a lingering finish.

Yarden Merlot carries OK Kosher certification and is approved Kosher for Passover. It is non-mevushal and contains 15% ABV. Best served at 65–70°F. Available in 750ML bottles; sold at Costco as a case of 12.
