Tamarack Cellars Firehouse Red is a bold and approachable red wine blend from Washington State's Columbia Valley appellation. This proprietary blend is crafted with grapes crushed gently and cold soaked for 24 to 48 hours before being inoculated with a variety of yeasts, hand-punched, and pressed directly to barrel. The wine completes both primary and secondary fermentation in barrel and is aged for one year before individual lots are blended together to create the final wine.

The Firehouse Red opens with wonderful aromas of dark cherry, raspberry, and strawberry. On the palate, it is plush and round with flavors of blackberry, dark plum, and a hint of dried herb, finishing smooth with rich tannins. Alcohol content is 13.8%.
