The wine is sourced exclusively from parcels of vines growing on stony, limestone-influenced soil adjacent to the Huangarua River.

The wine features complex flavors of limes, peaches, and apples alongside characteristic herbaceous components and a unique dry grainy texture on the palate. Aromas include tropical fruit, pear, lime, peach, a hint of creamy vanilla, and herbal grass notes. The palate is very crisp with plenty of acidity, featuring primary flavors of pear, lime, guava, and mango. The finish offers tangy tropical fruit that lingers with a hint of minerality.

This 100% Sauvignon Blanc spent 4 months in 3% new French oak barriques and has residual sugar of 3.1 g/L. Minimal intervention in the cellar preserves the vineyard's natural character.
