Beaulieu Vineyard (BV) Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc is the inaugural Sauvignon Blanc release from one of California's most storied wineries, sourced from premier estate vineyards on the Eastern Rutherford bench and the Oakville American Viticultural Area in the heart of Napa Valley. The wine is composed of 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, hand-harvested at peak maturity and vinified to capture the pure character of the appellation.

On the nose, the wine offers fragrant notes of Meyer lemon, white peach, orange blossom, and bright pineapple, with more subtle oak nuances of brioche toast and marzipan. The palate delivers a focused, round mouthfeel bursting with ripe citrus fruits, finishing with a luscious core of depth, vibrancy, and persistence. Malolactic fermentation was blocked to preserve fresh fruit character, while a small portion was fermented and aged five months in new French oak to add complexity through bâtonnage and sur lie aging. Alcohol: 14.1%.
