Julia's Dazzle Rosé is a Washington State wine crafted from Pinot Gris grapes grown in Columbia Valley, with a small addition of Sangiovese for color. Presented in a distinctive Champagne-style bottle, it was developed by Allen Shoup as part of the Long Shadows portfolio and made by winemaker Gilles Nicault, who brings experience from Provence, France. The wine is named after Allen's granddaughter Julia.
The wine displays an onion-skin pink color with an aromatic profile of fresh strawberries, orange peel, rose petals, and berries. On the palate it is soft and creamy in texture, offering lively berry flavors with clean acidity that makes it refreshing and easy-drinking. It is dry in style despite its fruit-forward character, with a light, lingering finish.
It pairs well with Asian cuisines, seafood, grilled chicken, and rich creamy cheeses. Sold in a standard 750mL bottle; Costco sells it as a case of 12.
