Sebastiani North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon is a rich California red wine sourced from premier vineyard sites in Lake County and Sonoma County, with a small portion from Santa Barbara County. The Lake County fruit comes from volcanic, rocky soils and dramatic mountainside vineyards that produce wines of intense structure and concentration.

The wine undergoes a three-day cold soak before fermentation in stainless steel tanks. After pressing, each lot is blended or egg-white fined depending on flavor, color, and tannin concentration. It is aged in 100% oak barrels, a combination of French, Hungarian, and American oak, with small additions of Merlot, Syrah, and Petite Sirah for balance and aromatics.

In the glass, it presents a lively dark red color with aromas of cherry and dark berries accented by cocoa and cedar spice. The palate is medium-bodied with bright, juicy flavors of blackberry, plum, currant, and toasty oak. Soft, chocolatey tannins intermingle with a hint of dried herbs on the persistent finish. It pairs well with grilled meats. 14.2% ABV, 750ml bottle.
