This whole brined and seasoned turkey is a collaboration between Fra'Mani Handcrafted Foods — led by curemaster and Chef Paul Bertolli — and Diestel Family Ranch, a multi-generational family turkey farm in the Sierra Nevada Foothills of California. Each bird is lightly brined and rubbed with aromatic herbs and spices, arriving oven-ready so you can skip the brining step at home. Turkeys are sold fresh by the pound (random weight) and typically range from 14 to 18 lbs.

Diestel turkeys are range-grown with no antibiotics ever, no growth enhancers, and no animal by-products. The farm is Certified Humane and GAP Step Rated, reflecting a commitment to animal welfare. The product contains no gluten, MSG, artificial ingredients, or preservatives.

To cook, remove the bird from its bag and distribute any juices and spices from the bag over the turkey. Cover the breast and wings with foil and roast at 425°F for the first hour, then remove foil and reduce heat to 325°F. Continue roasting until the internal temperature reaches 165°F — approximately 12 to 14 minutes per pound total. Let stand 15 minutes before carving. The nylon leg truss is oven-safe up to 450°F and can be left on during cooking. Giblets are not included.
