Each powder temporarily relieves minor aches and pains due to headaches, minor arthritis pain, muscle aches, colds, backaches, toothaches, and menstrual cramps. To use, place one powder on your tongue every 6 hours while symptoms persist and drink a full glass of water, or stir the powder into a glass of water or other liquid. Adults and children 12 years and over may take up to 4 powders in 24 hours.

Active ingredients per powder: Acetaminophen 260 mg (pain reliever), Aspirin 520 mg (NSAID pain reliever), Caffeine 32.5 mg (pain reliever aid). Inactive ingredients: lactose monohydrate, potassium chloride. Each powder contains potassium 60 mg.

Do not use if you have ever had an allergic reaction to aspirin or any other pain reliever/fever reducer. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age without a doctor's direction.
