Premium Shine Muscat grapes, a luxury Japanese variety known as the "Queen of Muscat." These seedless table grapes feature large, oval-shaped yellow-green berries with thin, edible skin and crisp, succulent flesh. Originally developed in Japan in 1988 through a cross of Akitsu-21 and Hakunan varieties, Shine Muscat grapes were officially registered in 2006 and have become one of the most sought-after grape varieties worldwide.
Shine Muscat grapes are distinguished by their exceptionally high sugar content of 20-25 Brix, creating a sweet, refreshing taste with low acidity. The thin skin provides a gentle, crisp bite that pops to release a burst of sweet juice and signature muscat aroma. Unlike traditional Japanese grapes with thick, tough skin, Shine Muscat can be eaten whole with the skin intact, adding a satisfying crunch. The flesh is firm, plump, and aqueous with a translucent pale yellow-green color.
