Maui Blanc is a crisp, off-dry wine made from 100% Maui Gold pineapples grown on the slopes of Upcountry Maui. This tropical pineapple wine is handpicked, crushed, and pressed at MauiWine, with each harvest yielding between 60,000 and 84,000 pounds of fruit selected specifically for the crisp, clean Maui Blanc style.

The fresh pineapple juice undergoes a cool, steady 14-day fermentation in 4,000-gallon stainless steel tanks, followed by racking, filtration, aging, and finishing over 12-16 weeks. The result is an off-dry, lively, crisp, and refreshing wine with bright tropical pineapple flavors, clean acidity, and a smooth, juicy finish. Fermented entirely in stainless steel and meant to be enjoyed young and fresh, Maui Blanc is a pure reflection of fruit, place, and sunshine.

Maui Blanc debuted in 1977 and remains one of MauiWine's most iconic and enduring offerings, representing the spark that expanded their pineapple winemaking creativity. The wine has 11.5% alcohol by volume and comes in a 750ml bottle.
