Château de Sales is a celebrated red Bordeaux blend from Pomerol, one of the most prestigious appellations on the Right Bank of Bordeaux, France. The estate is the largest in the Pomerol appellation and has been owned by the de Lambert family for generations, making it one of the most storied châteaux in the region.

The wine is a classic Pomerol blend led predominantly by Merlot, complemented by Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. It offers a deep ruby-garnet color with aromas of ripe dark fruits—plum, blackberry, and black cherry—alongside earthy notes of truffle, damp soil, tobacco, and subtle cedar. On the palate, it is medium-to-full bodied with well-integrated tannins, a velvety texture typical of great Pomerol wines, and a long, complex finish.

This wine pairs beautifully with roasted lamb, beef tenderloin, duck confit, and aged cheeses. It can be enjoyed upon release but also rewards several years of cellaring, with most vintages drinking well through 10–15 years from harvest. Sold as a single 750ML bottle.
