Excedrin Migraine is the first non-prescription medicine approved by the FDA to treat migraine symptoms. This doctor-recommended OTC migraine treatment features a specialized triple action formula that combines acetaminophen, aspirin, and therapeutically active caffeine to provide effective migraine relief.
