Astrolabe Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp, aromatic white wine from New Zealand's premier wine region, crafted by Simon Waghorn, who founded the Astrolabe label in 1996. The wine draws fruit from three distinct Marlborough sub-regions — the Wairau Valley, the Awatere Valley, and the Kēkerengū Coast — with the blend of sites, soils, and aspects lending it exceptional complexity.

On the nose, the wine opens with vibrant aromas of gooseberry, white currant, passionfruit, and lime peel, with hints of lemongrass and a subtle herbaceous character. The palate is medium-bodied with tropical fruit flavors tempered by a refreshing maritime freshness and a clean, dry, persistent finish. Alcohol content is approximately 13.5%, and the wine is sealed under screw cap.
