The UltiCare U-100 Insulin Syringe (0.5 mL/cc) with 31-gauge, 8mm (5/16") needle is precision engineered for comfortable and accurate insulin delivery. Distributed under the Sunmark brand at Costco, these syringes are manufactured by UltiMed and designed for use with any U-100 strength insulin.

Each needle features silicone microbonded lubrication to help it glide smoothly into the skin, along with micro-polishing that removes surface blemishes to minimize discomfort. Bold dose unit markings and large barrel flanges make it easy to draw and deliver accurate doses. The 0.5cc barrel is well-suited for insulin doses up to 50 units.
