Jongga Sliced Napa Cabbage Kimchi is an authentic, naturally fermented Korean kimchi produced in South Korea by Daesang America, one of Korea's leading food companies. Each 42.3-ounce (1.2 kg) jar contains tangy, mildly spicy sliced napa cabbage fermented with radish, red pepper powder, garlic, chives, Korean leek, anchovy sauce, and shrimp sauce. The slow fermentation process develops a complex, layered flavor profile with a pleasant crunch and subtle sourness.
This kimchi is certified gluten free and keto friendly, with no added MSG. It contains live lactic acid bacteria probiotic cultures produced through natural fermentation. It works equally well as a standalone side dish with steamed rice or as an ingredient in noodle dishes, scrambled eggs, tacos, stir fries, and beef stews. Keep refrigerated at 32°F–39°F (0°C–4°C); best-by date is printed on the package.
