Castello Banfi Centine Toscana IGT is an approachable and versatile Tuscan red wine offered in a generous 5-liter format, ideal for entertaining and everyday enjoyment. Produced by Castello Banfi, one of Tuscany's most celebrated estates, Centine takes its name from a 19th-century farmhouse on the estate, depicted on the label as a winding road lined by cypress trees leading to the 12th-century Castello.

The wine is a classic Tuscan blend of 60% Sangiovese, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 20% Merlot, sourced from hillside vineyards in the southern part of Tuscany. The grapes undergo a brief maceration of 7 days, followed by aging in French oak barriques and moderate bottle conditioning. It carries 13.5% alcohol by volume with a total acidity of 5.1 g/l and residual sugar of 3.5 g/l.

On the nose, the wine opens with luscious berry and ripe cherry aromas. The palate reveals hints of vanilla and fresh herbs, with soft tannins and bright acidity creating an elegant, easy-drinking character.
