Carmel Winery's Appellation Cabernet Sauvignon is a premium kosher red wine from Israel, produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the Upper Galilee region. The wine displays a deep purple color with inviting aromas of blackberry, cassis, and eucalyptus, leading to a full-bodied palate with well-integrated tannins and a long, balanced finish.

The grapes undergo extended fermentation with skin contact to maximize color and structure, followed by 12 months of aging in French oak barrels, lending the wine complexity and depth. Certified OU Kosher and Kosher for Passover, this wine is crafted at one of Israel's most historic wineries, founded in 1882 by Baron Edmond de Rothschild of Château Lafite fame in Bordeaux.
