This 6-pack of 5 oz cans contains 100% pure tuna and sea salt with no added water, oil, or fillers. The tuna is pole and line or troll caught in the North Pacific Ocean (USA and Japan) and South Pacific Ocean (New Zealand), using net-free methods that protect dolphins, turtles, and marine habitats.

Each can delivers 33g of protein and 1500mg of EPA and DHA Omega-3 fatty acids. Wild Planet sources only smaller, younger migratory tuna (3-5 years old) caught near the surface, which have accumulated significantly lower mercury levels than older fish.
