Loveblock Sauvignon Blanc is a certified-organic white wine from the Woolshed vineyard on Loveblock Farm in the Awatere Valley, Marlborough, New Zealand. Harvested in the cool Marlborough mornings and produced in small batches, it showcases the distinctive character of its single vineyard origin. The wine is certified organic, vegan friendly, and grown without the use of chemical pesticides, fungicides, or additives of any kind.

The wine displays a pale straw color with hints of green and gold. The aroma offers a complex bouquet of citrus blossom, wild flowers, crushed ripe herbs, and pineapple. On the palate, a dense fruit core of juicy melon and peach is complemented by hints of ripe herbs and florals, with a long, complex finish featuring minerality, citrus, ripe stone fruit, and an umami quality. The wine is beautifully rounded with layer upon layer of texture and a silky mouthfeel.

Winemaking is led by Kim Crawford, with the handpicked portion fermented on wild yeast in alternate vessels including concrete eggs, amphorae, and neutral old French oak barrels. A portion of the machine-harvested fruit undergoes full malolactic fermentation for added softness. Alcohol content is approximately 13.0%. Pairs well with oysters, seafood, pasta, and chicken.
