The wine is CCOF Certified Organic and SIP Certified for sustainability, reflecting the Udsen family's decades-long commitment to responsible viticulture across their 1,400+ acres of estate vineyards.

This Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc with a touch of Gewürztraminer, delivering a light straw-colored wine with fresh, aromatic complexity. On the nose, it offers honeydew melon, white peach, lime peel, kiwi, and fresh-cut grass. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with white peach, guava, and melon flavors underpinned by bright citrus acidity and a clean mineral finish. It is well-suited as an aperitif or paired with seafood, salads, and light poultry dishes.
