Fidelitas M100 Cabernet Sauvignon is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from three Columbia Valley vineyards in Washington State. Crafted by the father-son winemaking duo Charlie and Will Hoppes, who bring over 35 years of combined winemaking experience, the M100 line is named in honor of the Hoppes family matriarch, Mary Jane, who lived to the age of 100.

The wine is aged in neutral oak for nearly a year, allowing the fruit character to take center stage. On the nose it offers aromas of blackberry, Bing cherry, vanilla bean, licorice, and clove with barrel spice. The palate is rich and full-bodied with polished tannins, delivering flavors of strawberry, cedar, and dark chocolate. This is a wine crafted to be approachable and enjoyable upon release. The 2020 vintage was reviewed by Wine Enthusiast, where critic Sean P. Sullivan praised its velvety flavors and noted that it represents an excellent value for the vintage.
