Spottswoode Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is the flagship wine from the historic Spottswoode Estate in St. Helena, Napa Valley. The 45-acre estate, established in 1882 and organically farmed since 1985, sits on alluvial clay loam soils from the Sulphur Creek fan with excellent drainage. Cool maritime breezes passing between Spring Mountain and the Mayacamas range ensure even, balanced ripening across all blocks.

The estate is stewarded by second-generation sisters Beth and Lindy Novak and holds organic, biodynamic, and regenerative organic certifications. The wine is a blend of approximately 89% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Cabernet Franc, and 3% Petit Verdot, aged 20 months in French oak barrels (approximately 60% new). Alcohol is approximately 13.5%.

This 1.5L magnum format presents the wine's characteristic deep color with fresh blackberries, dark red berries, hints of anise, cream, and light cocoa on the nose. Structured yet refined tannins drive a juicy, long finish with core intensity and graceful power.
