Jefferson's Reserve Very Old Bourbon is a distinguished Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey crafted by Chet and Trey Zoeller in honor of Thomas Jefferson and his experimental spirit. It is a complex blend of three unique bourbons, each made from a mash of corn, rye, and malted barley, aged for up to twenty years and brought to proof with Kentucky limestone water.

What sets Jefferson's Reserve apart is its remarkably small batch production process. While most small batch bourbons are blended from 200 to 300 casks, each batch of Jefferson's Reserve is crafted from only 8 to 12 casks — a process the distillery describes as "ridiculously small batch," allowing for exceptional nuance and precision in every bottle.

On the nose, this bourbon opens with gentle aromas of creamy vanilla, dried fruits, soft spices, hay, and a hint of cream. The palate is light and clean, revealing notes of toffee sweetness, roasted corn, tobacco, cigar leaf, and a touch of pepper. The finish is long and lingering, with dry spice and subtle sweetness. Bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof). Jefferson's Reserve earned 94 points from the Beverage Testing Institute and the Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
