Doe Mill Vineyards Butte County Red is a red wine from the Sierra Foothills region of Northern California. Produced by Doe Mill Vineyards in Chico, California, this wine is crafted from grapes grown on red rocky soil at 1,400 feet elevation in the Butte County foothills. The warm Northern California climate and distinctive terroir produce a red wine with flavors of black cherry, blackberry, and plum, backed by hints of mushroom and black pepper.
Doe Mill Vineyards has been producing wine since 2007 and began commercial sales in December 2011. The vineyard also cultivates a 33-acre Old Vine Zinfandel vineyard that is over 50 years old, dry-land farmed for concentrated flavor. This 750ML bottle is part of a case pack (12 bottles per case). Contains sulfites.
