Jefferson's Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a small-batch blend crafted from four distinct Kentucky straight bourbons, each aged between 8 and 12 years in new charred American oak barrels. First developed by Trey and Chet Zoeller in 1997, the recipe combines one dominant bourbon (roughly 55% of the blend) with three others to achieve a balanced, complex consistency across every batch.

Bottled at 82.3 proof (41.15% ABV), Jefferson's presents a deep golden-orange color with a rich, syrupy body. The nose offers caramel, vanilla, sweet corn, teaberry, and light citrus, while the palate delivers toasted oak, candied fruit, and a subtle hint of spice. The finish is smooth and approachable, making it well-suited for both new bourbon drinkers and seasoned enthusiasts. It has earned Gold Medal recognition from the New York International Spirits Competition and the ASCOT Awards.
