Taittinger Brut La Francaise is an elegant non-vintage Champagne blended from approximately 30 vineyards across the Champagne region. The blend consists of 40% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, and 25% Pinot Meunier, combining perfectly ripened grapes from several harvests with 30% reserve wines to achieve the house's signature style.

This Champagne is crafted by one of the few remaining independently owned Champagne houses, cellared in the famous Crayeres chalk caves of Reims originally dug by the Romans. The wine undergoes 3-4 years of aging on the lees before disgorgement. The Chardonnay-driven blend delivers bright, crisp, and lively character with aromas and flavors of citrus oil, fresh lemons, apples, white flowers, and minerals, complemented by subtle notes of pastry, nuts, smoke, toast, crushed raspberry, and candied lemon zest.
