Claritin-D 12-Hour is a non-drowsy, extended-release allergy tablet that combines an antihistamine with a powerful nasal decongestant. Each tablet contains Loratadine 5 mg and Pseudoephedrine Sulfate 120 mg to temporarily relieve sneezing, runny nose, itchy and watery eyes, itchy nose or throat, nasal congestion, and sinus pressure caused by allergies or the common cold.

Claritin-D is the number one pharmacist-recommended adult multi-symptom allergy product. Adults and children 12 years and over take one tablet every 12 hours, with no more than two tablets in 24 hours. This 30-count box provides a 15-day supply at regular dosing.
