The blend features approximately 50% Pinot Noir, 45% Chardonnay, and 5% Pinot Meunier sourced from 29 different crus across the Champagne region. It incorporates 30-50% reserve wines for added depth and complexity. The wine spends a minimum of 3 years aging on its lees (sur lattes) and is disgorged with a low dosage of less than 5 g/L, resulting in a dry, elegant style.

On the palate, Brut Souverain delivers a rich and complex aromatic profile with generous notes of cake and fresh citrus fruits, evolving into smoky minerality with pure chalk undertones, complemented by stone fruits and red fruits.
