Trident Seafoods Beer Battered Alaska Cod features whole wild-caught Alaskan cod fillets with a crispy batter made with Alaskan Amber craft beer. Founded in 1973, Trident Seafoods is a family-owned company that catches the freshest fish from pristine Alaska waters. Each 2.5 lb bag contains approximately 13 battered fillets, delivering flaky, firm, and flavorful wild-caught seafood.

The cod fillets are perfect for fish tacos, dipped in your favorite tartar sauce, or served alongside potato chips or fries. Keep frozen until ready to cook and do not thaw before cooking. For air fryer preparation, set temperature to 400°F, place frozen fillets in a single layer without overcrowding, flip halfway through, and cook for 13-14 minutes total. For conventional oven, preheat to 475°F, place frozen fillets on parchment-lined or lightly greased baking sheet, flip halfway through, and cook for 16-19 minutes. Microwave cooking is not recommended. Internal temperature should reach at least 165°F. While this is a boneless product, occasional bones may still be present.
