Herradura Reposado is the world's first commercial reposado tequila, introduced in 1974 by Gabriela Romo de la Peña. This premium 100% agave tequila is aged for 11 months in charred American white oak barrels, 9 months longer than industry standards, resulting in a deep copper color and exceptionally smooth taste. The extended aging process creates a refined spirit with notes of cooked agave, wood, vanilla, and cinnamon.

This award-winning tequila has earned 49 awards since 2006, including 21 gold medals and a Double Gold from the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Made at the Herradura distillery in Amatitán, Jalisco, Mexico, this tequila is produced using traditional methods that have been maintained since the distillery was formally founded in 1870 by Félix López. Now owned by Brown-Forman, Herradura continues to craft premium tequilas using 100% blue agave in the same historic facilities.
