Jetcoat 7-Year Select Driveway Filler and Sealer is a polymer-modified asphalt emulsion resurfacer designed to beautify and protect asphalt pavement surfaces. This professional-grade formula features 7x polymer modification and is fortified with sand for increased strength, durability, and slip resistance. The high-solids composition dries to a deep black finish that enhances curb appeal.

This ready-to-use sealer covers approximately 250 to 350 square feet per 4.75-gallon pail depending on pavement porosity. It is suitable for all types of asphalt pavements but should not be used on concrete or masonry surfaces. The product is packaged in a 5-gallon bucket and requires no stirring before application.

Application is simple using a rubber squeegee or brush on damp pavement. Two coats are recommended, with the second coat applied after the first dries to the touch or within 24 hours. The product dries to the touch in 3 to 6 hours and fully cures in 8 to 24 hours under ideal conditions before opening to traffic. Do not apply if temperatures are expected to fall below 60°F or if rain is forecast within 48 hours.

Key ingredients include petroleum asphalt, hydrous aluminum silicate, silicon dioxide, water, blend of fatty amines, and polymer. The formula contains no coal tar resins or polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). VOC content is a maximum of 50 grams per liter.
