These fish sticks can be prepared multiple ways for optimal results. For oven cooking, bake at 450°F for 15-17 minutes on parchment paper, turning halfway through. Air fryer preparation requires 400°F for 10-11 minutes in a single layer. Microwave cooking is possible but not recommended for best texture.
