Valmiñor Albariño is a 100% Albariño white wine produced by Adegas Valmiñor, a winery located in the O Rosal valley of southern Galicia, Spain, just across the border from Portugal. Bottled under the DO Rías Baixas appellation, this is the winery's flagship expression of the Albariño grape variety, with grapes sourced from estate-owned vineyards on gentle slopes in stony, schist soils. The vines are 20 to 40 years old and trained using Pergola and trellis systems.

Grapes are hand harvested at full ripeness in mid-September into 20 kg cases, then selected on a sorting table. The winemaking process includes cold maceration at 10°C for 6 hours, soft pressing, static settling, and temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine rests in bottle for one month before release, preserving its fresh varietal character. It is certified vegan.

In the glass, Valmiñor shows a straw yellow color with green and lemony glint reflections. On the nose, it is highly aromatic with primary varietal aromas of mandarin citrus, orange peel, apricot, peach, and a hint of lime, complemented by floral notes of orange blossom and white flowers. On the palate it is fresh, lively, and full-bodied with well-integrated acidity, a smooth and pleasant entry, and a long, fruity, slightly bitter finish driven by citrus and stone fruit intensity. Serve at 10–12°C alongside seafood such as mussels, oysters, seafood pasta, or risotto.
