The Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon from Golan Heights Winery is a premium kosher red wine sourced from select Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards in the Galilee appellation of northern Israel. Golan Heights Winery is situated in the town of Katzrin on the Golan's volcanic plateau, where elevations range from 400 to 1,200 meters above sea level — among the highest and coldest wine-growing conditions in Israel. The vineyards receive winter snowfall, producing grapes of exceptional concentration and character.

This full-bodied red opens with a brooding bouquet of dark cherry reduction, steeped currant, sandalwood, anise, and mocha. The palate is structured with glossy, full tannins framing layers of black plum, raspberry, chocolate, and cherry preserves, with black tea and floral notes on the lingering finish. The wine is aged 18 months in French oak barrels, with approximately 40% new oak, adding depth and complexity. It is Kosher for Passover and non-mevushal, making it suitable for observant Jewish consumers.

Though approachable upon release, the Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon rewards cellaring and is capable of aging 10–15 years or more. It has earned high praise from critics, including 91 points from Wine Spectator and 92 points from Kosher Enthusiast. ABV is 14.5%. Pairs excellently with balsamic-glazed filet mignon, roasted lamb, and hearty mushroom dishes. Sold as a case of 12 bottles (750ML each).
