Hidden among the orchards and pines in the Sierra foothills of Northern California, Barsotti Family Juice Co. has been handcrafting apple cider in small batches since 1970.

The cider is made from a fresh blending of at least three apple varieties, including Golden Delicious, Fuji, Granny Smith, Gala, Gravenstein, Macintosh, Mutsu, Red Delicious, and Pink Lady. The cold-pressing method maintains the natural flavors and nutrients of the apples. This cider is gluten-free and vegan-friendly. Shake before serving and keep refrigerated.
