Tolaini Al Passo is a Super Tuscan red blend from the Toscana IGT appellation in Tuscany, Italy. It combines equal parts Sangiovese, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon into a medium- to full-bodied wine with 14.5% ABV.

On the nose, the wine offers spicy oak, dark cherries, blackberries, walnuts, cocoa, and subtle spices. The palate is compact and well-structured with a solid Sangiovese backbone balanced by the roundness of Merlot and the added body of Cabernet Sauvignon. Flavors of sour cherry, raspberry, almond, and mineral notes carry through to a vibrant, lingering finish with fine-grained tannins.

This wine has received strong critical acclaim, earning 92 points from both James Suckling and Wine Spectator, and 91 points from Robert Parker's Wine Advocate. It is crafted with meticulous attention to fruit purity and is unfiltered, so some sediment may occur at the bottom of the bottle.
