Villa Sparina Gavi di Gavi is a prestigious Italian white wine from the Gavi DOCG appellation in Piedmont's southeast, produced by the Moccagatta family estate in Monterotondo. Made entirely from the Cortese grape variety, this wine is crafted in the traditional unoaked style with temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel, preserving its natural freshness and varietal character.

The wine presents a bright yellow color with a delicate bouquet of dried pineapple, peach, green apple, and lemon drop, complemented by fresh herbal and mineral notes. On the palate it is full and rich yet mineral and refreshing, with vibrant acidity, a lightly oily texture, and a long, pure, pithy finish. Alcohol content is 12.5%.
