Il Fauno di Arcanum is a Bordeaux-style red blend crafted by Tenuta di Arceno, a prestigious estate in Tuscany, Italy. Sourced primarily from the Arceno di Sotto, La Curva, Colombaio, and San Giovanni vineyard blocks, the wine reflects the diverse terroir of the estate's lower southwest section, where warm sun exposure and clay-rich soils produce wines of remarkable depth and lushness.

The blend combines Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot, delivering piercing aromas and flavors of cherry, pomegranate, blackberry, violet, mineral, and sweet spices. Solidly built with dense, finely wrought tannins and a long, detailed aftertaste, it is rated 93 points by Wine Spectator. James Suckling (93 points) noted flavors of blackberry, fresh rosemary, basil, hot-stone undertones, currants, fresh earth, and hints of chocolate. At 15% alcohol by volume and classified as dry and full-bodied, this wine is best enjoyed from 2027 through 2043.
