Each serving provides 14 grams of protein and 5 grams of dietary fiber, offering wholesome nourishment for breakfast or any time of day.

This versatile mix contains whey protein concentrate, wheat protein isolate, and soy protein concentrate to boost the protein content. The protein can be increased to 18 grams per serving when prepared with milk, or 21 grams when prepared with both milk and eggs. The mix has a classic buttermilk flavor and can be used to make fluffy flapjacks or crispy waffles.
