Brassfield Estate Winery's Eruption Red Blend is a bold, full-bodied red wine sourced from the Volcano Ridge Vineyard in the High Valley appellation of Lake County, California. The vineyard sits adjacent to an ancient volcanic cinder cone on steep slopes with distinctively red volcanic soils, originally planted in 2003 and 2004 at elevations that intensify flavor concentration.

This 750mL wine blends Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Malbec, Petite Sirah, Mourvèdre, Grenache, and Zinfandel into a rich, concentrated expression of the region. The nose bursts with aromas of blackberry, blueberry, dried violet, and oak spice, while the palate delivers layers of black plum, cherry cream soda, ripe blueberries, fresh tobacco leaf, and toasty vanilla with a mineral edge.
