Cillar de Silos Crianza is a Spanish red wine from the prestigious Denominación de Origen Ribera del Duero, produced by the Aragón family winery located in Quintana del Pidio, Burgos, Spain. Crafted from carefully selected Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) grapes grown across a variety of terroirs — including small plots with very old vines, some over 100 years of age — the wine is matured for 13 months in French oak barrels, developing complexity and structure while preserving the freshness characteristic of the region.

The wine pours a deep, dark cherry red and presents an elegant yet mature nose of black and red fruits, sweet spices, light roasted wood aromas, and hints of liquorice. On the palate it is fleshy and silky, with a well-structured balance. A refreshing acidity delivers a long, persistent finish supported by mature tannins that will continue to soften with cellaring.
