During the 90-day aging process, the cheese wheels are pierced to allow air to penetrate, encouraging the distinctive blue veining to develop throughout and yielding BelGioioso's signature full, earthy flavor and smooth, crumbly texture.

Each 1.5-pound container of pre-crumbled cheese is ready to use directly from the package, offering convenience without sacrificing quality. The cheese is gluten free and made from rBST-free milk.
