Robert Mondavi Winery Fumé Blanc is a classic Napa Valley white wine crafted from 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Sémillon. The wine delivers a refreshing, mouthwatering profile with aromas of white summer peaches, Meyer lemon citrus, tangerine zest, and a hint of gooseberry. On the palate it shows characteristic dryness, crispness, and minerality woven with notes of lemongrass, lime, vanilla, and honeysuckle.

Ninety percent of the wine is barrel fermented in 60-gallon French oak barrels for added richness and complexity, with the remaining ten percent fermented in stainless steel to preserve vibrant fruit and herbal character. The wine is aged six months on lees with twice-monthly stirring, building a creamy, round mouthfeel. The small percentage of Sémillon adds further breadth and complexity to the blend.

This wine pairs beautifully with seafood, oysters, aged cheeses, and roasted vegetables.
